The customer’s information is encrypted using 128-bit Secure Socket Layer technology and sent to an Authorize.Net transaction server. The server sends the data through the authorization network to the appropriate card issuer's bank, using a secure, proprietary connection. When the authorization process is complete -- this takes around five seconds -- the customer receives an approval or decline response in "Real Time" during check out.

Authorize.net secure computers are located in a locked data center. The number of employees involved in the management of the data center that have physical access to these computers is limited. Authorize.net uses firewalls and other security technology to prevent their computers from being accessed by unauthorized persons. They require that any personally identifiable consumer information sent using a Secure Order Form be encrypted using SSL encryption. • When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of your order status. Our order form is held by Secure Server at Authorize.net and monitored by an outside firm to insure Total privacy. We do NOT retain Credit Card numbers or expiration dates on our servers.

• When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners.

• We personalize your shopping experience by using your purchases to shape our recommendations about merchandise that might be of interest to you.  We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the Mall and Merchant sites.
